Eco Tourism has come up as a new approach. It means travelling and enjoying nature without disturbing it. Eco Tourism, in other words, means that preserving nature and still creating economic opportunities and protecting and conserving the integrity of nature, also not harming the benefits of nature which is advantageous to the local people residing nearby. If a travel plan does not fit all these of the above-mentioned constituents then it is not Eco Tourism.
WHAT IS THE NEED OF ECO TOURISM?
Since the last few decades, we have gone crazy over material growth and economic progress, and we became so blind in this quest of economic progress that we kept on harming the environment and now as nature's response, we are facing the consequences. The greenhouse effect and global warming are just the results of what we did to our beautiful planet. As we humans are a fan of travelling, the concept of eco tourism had to emerge, that is, enjoying travelling in and around nature and drawing the pleasure of it but without harming it.
